For how does your garden grow, this week we are back in our garden. Lets see how everything is getting on.
The sunflower has faded rapidly, I am quite surprised just how quickly. We are going to leave it all winter, when the inside turns to sunflower seeds to feed the birds, it might bring them into the garden.
The clematis is still flowering.
I managed to get some verbena from the MIL, and they are settling in nicely.
The crocosmia lucifer has started flowering, I do love the red variety over the orange.
My sister gave us some raspberry canes a few months ago. One isn't doing anything and still looks like a twig. The other has just started to look like it is starting to fruit!
We have a lovely delicate pink flower that stands on tall stems, it is lovely but I have no idea what it is! Any ideas?
And finally, when looking around the garden yesterday, S noticed caterpillar eggs on the nasturtium leaves. So we have popped one of the leaves into a tank and will see if we can watch them grow.
Linking up to Mammasaurus now she is back from her holidays. Pop along over to see how other gardens are growing.
