Cranberry and Chocolate cookies
Makes 14 cookies
100 grams of white chocolate (chopped into small ish pieces)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 180c.
Cream butter and sugar in a bowl until combined.
Beat in the golden syrup and vanilla extract.
Work in the flour, stir into the mixture in stages.
Stir in cranberries and white chocolate pieces.
Divide into 14 balls, either roll them with your hands, or use a spoon.
Place them (spaced apart, they will spread) on baking sheets. Do not flatten.
Bake for 12 mins, until pale and golden on the edges. Cool on a wire rack.
1 guess this would be 1 of your 5 a day with the cranberries, so you may as well eat 5! Enjoy
