Every now and then, eating a crazy amount of chocolate is needed.
Chocolate, with more chocolate, who an resist?!
Chocolate bark, you must have come across this before, and it is super easy to make.
To make chocolate bark I used
- 300 grams quality milk chocolate
Melt the chocolate in a glass bowl, put the bowl over a pan of water on the hob. Stir until the chocolate is melted.
Add the melted chocolate to a greased piece of baking parchment
Then add any other goodies you like, I added
- Terrys chocolate orange pieces
- Malterser bunnies
- Dairy milk
- Millions berry flavoured sweets
Put in the fridge to set
Chop roughly into pieces
Enjoy occasionally, keeping it in the fridge so it is nice and cold.
You can also use left over Easter eggs.
